Hi, I’m Sydney! I am an independent hairstylist + business owner located in West Des Moines, Iowa. Over my last 4 years as a professional, I have built my brand as a Blonding Specialist + developed a passion for creating luxurious hair color and cut combinations using modern techniques. I love to think outside the box and customize my work to each individual, which leads me to making trusting relationships with my amazing clients. My ultimate goal at Sydney Webb Hair is to provide a laid back + professional environment, listen intently, and deliver results that allow each client confidence and longevity with their hair. Cancellation Policy

If client cancels within 24 hours of scheduled appointment, a 50% charge of original service will be applied. Any client who no shows an appointment will no longer be serviced by Sydney. L A T E N O T I C E If client is more than 15 minutes late to appointment, client will need to be rescheduled due to the lack of time Sydney will have to give the quality of service for client satisfaction and so appointment does not interfere with other booked clients. If Sydney is running more than 15 minutes behind, client will be notified as soon as possible via text and a 10% discount will be applied for the inconvenience. R E F U N D P O L I C Y I aim to be on the same page and completely transparent to clients about expectations for the service in every consultation. I recommend having 2-3 inspiration pictures ready to go to set us up for success. Refunds will not be granted, but I am more than happy to adjust anything client is unhappy with (that was not discussed in consultation) free of charge 1 WEEK following scheduled appointment.
